The National Initiative for Proficiency in Reading with Understanding and Numeracy (NIPUN) Lakshya is a program launched by the Ministry of Education in India to help students up to grade 3 build a strong foundation in reading and numeracy. The program’s goals include: Consolidating foundational learning, Strengthening foundational competence, and Making learning joyful and all-inclusive.
